“Only fools wait to see if their enemies might be friends.” – Elizabeth
As the The White Queen nears its end, I can’t help but feel nostalgic for the characters we have grown to love and love to hate over the past few months. This week’s episode serves as a game changer and darker time, chronicling one of England’s most notorious royal figures: Richard III (Aneurin Barnard).

Leap of Faith. Retrospective: Haven – “Lost and Found”
From beginning to end, “Lost and Found” is riveting. You sit on the edge of your seat waiting with bated breath for what is coming next. From creepy children stealing kids from their homes, to mediation with a very muscular Duke (Eric Balfour), and Lexie (Emily Rose) finally realizing all is not what it seems, “Lost and Found” starts and ends with suspense.

Nightmare Monsters. Retrospective: Sleepy Hollow – “For the Triumph of Evil”
The plot thickens as this week’s episode, “For the Triumph of Evil,” starts to delve into the darker side of Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Abbie’s (Nicole Beharie) unusual alliance. To call this a friendship isn’t quite true…yet. This unlikely duo are still exploring the nuances of working together on something much grander and frightening than they could imagine and what they must face in this episode is nothing short of terrifying.

Hands Off To A Proxy Vote. Retrospective: Sons of Anarchy – “Wolfsangel”
In spite of its darkness, I found “Wolfsangel” to be a breath of fresh air. It was reminiscent of the season one episodes that helped Sons amass a huge following. To be specific, it was like old-school Sons of Anarchy in which the crew gets into a jam and by the end of the episode there’s a level of payback for the audience.

Blood. Meth. Tears. Reflection: Breaking Bad – “Felina”
Breaking Bad was almost the series that never happened. While pitching the show to the studios, creator Vince Gilligan learned about a show called Weeds, a little story about a pot-selling mom.Gilligan would later say in published interviews that had he known about Weeds sooner, he would have dropped the idea of Breaking Bad completely due to the similarity of themes. Not only that but Bryan Cranston, Gilligan’s choice to play Walter White, did not go over well with the studio people who only knew him as Hal, the zany dad from Malcolm in the Middle.

That’s What Partners Do. Recap: Castle – “Dreamworld”
Previously on Castle, we were blindsided by a surprise two-part episode that threatened Rick Castle’s (Nathan Fillion) life due to a deadly toxin leaving him less than one day to live. In ”Dreamworld,” we really see the emotional anxieties Castle’s loved ones go through, especially the toll it takes on Beckett (Stana Katic). Overall, I thought “Dreamworld” was handled very nicely.

Vampires In Haven? No, Just Bloody Troubles. Retrospective: Haven — “Bad Blood”
Who’s leaving bodies drained of blood around town? Well, as much as I would love for there to be a vampire roaming the streets, sadly, it’s just another “trouble” wreaking havoc on the citizens of Haven. Of course, the sanguineous blob literally sucking the life out of people, is on a mission. It’s after one person in particular … Nathan.

Coulson Lives. Review: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D – “Pilot”
Prior to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, I had two questions on my mind. First: Could someone follow the show without having seen the film The Avengers or any of the other Marvel films. Second, how well would the S.H.I.E.L.D writers explain Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) being alive given he died in The Avengers.

Do Not Disturb. Retrospective: Sons of Anarchy – “Poenitencia”
