“The Red Tent” Premieres As Two-Night Miniseries on Lifetime
Production begins this month in Morocco on Lifetime’s major miniseries The Red Tent, based on the best-selling novel by Anita Diamant. The Red Tent is the sweeping tale of Dinah, the daughter of Leah and Jacob, who was only referred to in small glimpses in the Old Testament. OUTLANDER – Premiere Date and Official Key Art Released
Starz announced today that its highly anticipated new original series “Outlander,” adapted from Diana Gabaldon’s international best-selling books and executive produced by Ronald D. Moore (“Battlestar Galactica,” “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” “Star Trek: The Next Generation”) will debut Saturday, August 9th at 9pm ET/PT. The sixteen-episode first season is currently shooting on location in Scotland.

While there are clues in “My Fair Wesen,” I wanted more.

Colin Hanks Talks About His Role in FX’s Fargo
On April 30, I had the opportunity to participate in a conference call with Colin Hanks, star of the FX series, Fargo, which is based on the 1996 Coen Brothers’ film of the same name. The Coen Brothers took a back seat with the series, serving only as executive producers. Noah Hawley developed and wrote the series. Hanks plays Duluth Minnesota police officer Gus Grimley, a passive yet endearing single father.
