The final chapter of BONES, the long-running series beloved by millions of fans around the world, will premiere on Tuesday, Jan. 3 (9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT), on FOX. The 12-episode run will celebrate the inventive series and bring the storylines of Brennan (Emily Deschanel), Booth (David Boreanaz) and the Jeffersonian-FBI team to a close, allowing the show’s loyal fans to say goodbye to these indelible characters. Throughout the final chapter, fans will see the return of fan-favorite guest stars and squinterns, as well as an old flame from one of the team’s past.

BONES, the long-running comedic procedural beloved by millions of fans around the world, will return for a final farewell 12th season on FOX, it was announced today by Dana Walden and Gary Newman, Chairmen and CEOs, Fox Television Group. The 12-episode run will celebrate the inventive series and bring the storylines of Brennan (Emily Deschanel), Booth (David Boreanaz) and the Jeffersonian-FBI team to a close, allowing the show’s loyal fans to say goodbye to these indelible characters. When BONES ends its run, the series will have completed 246 original episodes, making it one of the longest running FOX series ever.

TV News: BONES Returns on April 14 Followed By New Military-Inspired Competition Series AMERICAN GRIT

BONES kicks off the night, returning for its spring premiere, at 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT. Picking up after the explosive fall finale, the all-new episode, “The Death in the Defense,” finds Hodgins (TJ Thyne) eight weeks into his rehabilitation. New military-inspired competition series AMERICAN GRIT will debut Thursday, April 14, following the spring return of BONES. Starring WWE® Superstar John Cena™, AMERICAN GRIT follows 16 of the country’s toughest men and women as they are split into four teams and face a variety of military-grade and survival-themed challenges set in the wilderness of Pack Forest in Eatonville, WA.

Sleepy Hollow – “I, Witness” Review. Evil Has Returned.

Four score, and about seven months later, Sleepy Hollow comes galloping back to our television screens with a whole host of new diabolical dilemmas (say that five times fast), and some updated hair styles in its third season premiere. “I, Witness” introduces us to a couple of new characters but fear not, our beloved Ichabod (Tom Mison), Abbie (Nicole Beharie), and Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) return; however, there is a change in the air.

FOX to Air Bones and Sleepy Hollow Cross-Over Event Oct. 29

Just in time for Halloween, the scientific world of BONES meets the supernatural world of SLEEPY HOLLOW in a crossover event to thrill the living, the dead and everything in between, airing Thursday, Oct. 29. On BONES (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), the grisly discovery of human remains lead Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) on a hunt for clues, during which they encounter Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) and Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie), searching for answers of their own. Realizing that they are after the same evidence, they team up to solve the mystery. Then, immediately following on SLEEPY HOLLOW (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), the intrigue continues as Ichabod’s old nemesis is back from the dead. Ichabod and Abbie need advanced forensic help and expertise to stop him and turn to Brennan and Booth to unlock 18th century secrets using 21st century science.

As we dive into “The Secrets in the Proposal,” we find Booth sitting at a bar, downing shots and confessing his sins to Aldo (guest star Mather Zickel), his former Ranger buddy and military chaplain. Despite having a gruesome case to solve that involves a murder via a large hotel air conditioning unit, Booth and Brennan are at odds throughout the episode. Many at the Jeffersonian are conflicted about whose side they’re on.

Review: Bones “The Male in the Mail” (Signed, Sealed, & Dismembered!)

“The Male in the Mail” begins in a very (gulp) gross way. When mail goes unclaimed, it ends up in the “dead letter office” where employees open the packages and either trash or repurpose the items. But upon discovering the dismembered remains of an employee of a local “Ship-n-Print”… well, some things just can’t be repurposed.
