Showtime has announced its new and returning shows for the upcoming spring/summer season. I am thrilled to see new seasons for "United States of Tara" and "Nurse Jackie," as well as the highly touted new show "The Borgias." Also on the list of news shows is "Web Therapy" starring Lisa Kudrow.
