It looks like Wilfred and Ryan’s relationship isn’t so unique after all. Bruce (guest star Dwight Yoakam) seems to know a lot about Wilfred's behavior. Bruce asks Ryan how well he really knows Wilfred which makes me wonder – why did Wilfred choose Ryan? Why is Ryan able to see a man in a dog suit while everyone else sees a dog?
