CBS All Access announced that Kim Cattrall (“Sex and the City”) has joined the cast of its upcoming psychological thriller, TELL ME A STORY. TELL ME A STORY takes the world’s most beloved fairy tales and reimagines them as a dark and twisted psychological thriller. Cattrall will play Colleen, an unlikely and very nontraditional grandmother. When her son moves back home, bringing with him a troubled teenager, Kayla, this former chorus girl is going to have to grow up finally and take on the parental duties to protect her family against a very dark and sinister threat.

Platinum producer Mustard and Grammy and Golden Globe nominated artist, Nick Jonas will perform the new single “Anywhere” for the first time in its entirety at the 2018 “MTV Movie & TV Awards.” Additionally, Chloe x Halle are set to take the stage for a medley of “The Kids Are Alright” and “Warrior” from their debut album. The network also announced “Black Panther’s” Michael B. Jordan; Seth Rogen and Kristen Bell, from the new comedy “Like Father;” Mila Kunis of “The Spy Who Dumped Me;” Zendaya and Gina Rodriguez in the upcoming animated film “Smallfoot” and artist and actor, Common are confirmed to present. SYFY announced a second season pickup of KRYPTON, the untold Superman story based on DC characters from Warner Horizon Scripted Television. KRYPTON is set two generations before the destruction of Superman’s home planet. The series follows Seg-El (Cameron Cuffe), the legendary Man of Steel’s grandfather, as a young man who is faced with a life and death conflict – save his home planet or let it be destroyed to restore the fate of his future grandson.

FremantleMedia North America (FMNA) has announced a first-look deal with Bob Cooper’s Landscape Entertainment. Under the pact, Landscape Entertainment will develop and produce scripted projects for the U.S. and international markets.
The first project in development through this new partnership is a scripted drama centered on Michelangelo, written by award-winning South African-British author, Richard Mason. With Hulu on board to serve as the home for Michelangelo, the series will detail the life of the brilliant and troubled artist, told through a modern lens that delves into the sexuality, relationships, alliances and betrayals in the volatile world of 16th Century Florence.
