King Horik (Donal Logue) takes a strong stance against Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) by demanding he consults with him before making any decisions while they’re raiding the West. Horik clearly needs to feel in control and be the shot-caller in all situations but will his choices be beneficial to the Vikings? More importantly, will the gods favor the Northmen on the battlefield or has the outcome been fated?

Myka wishes she could “poof” away too, especially when Pete (Eddie McClintock) offers to be her platonic sperm donor. What? He says they can do it without having sex…you know, with “ice cube trays and turkey basters,” but I think these two partners in crime may have deeper feelings for each other than they realize. Remember, Pete was willing to use artifacts to save Myka when he thought she had cancer.

The Americans – “New Car” Review. How Far Would You Go?
While “New Car” exhibits Philip’s (Matthew Rhys) love for many things American, it also reaffirms his hatred for America when he learns the Americans planted the propeller plans he and Elizabeth (Keri Russell) stole last week in “Arpanet,” which led to the deaths of 180 Russian men aboard a submarine. In the meantime, despite Martha (Alison Wright) telling Clark/Philip “everything is great” between them, she attempts to throw a monkey wrench into the works concerning her job. She has no idea that what she’s asking Clark to do may very well signal the end of their marriage unless Clark can find a way to dissuade her. “New Car” deals with loyalty—to countries and people you love.

Fargo Season Premiere – “The Crocodile’s Dilemma” Review. You Betcha.
It has been years since I saw the film Fargo and the only things I really remember about it is a scene that took place at the parking ramp of the church I attended — the infamous wood chipper scene — and, of course, the so-called Minnesota accents. When FX sent me screeners of the first four episodes of Fargo, I decided to re-watch the film first to refresh my memory. The series isn’t a remake or a reboot of the movie, and it’s not necessary to see the movie to follow the series.
