Jack believes terrorists took control of the drone, fired on US and British soldiers, and then covered their tracks to make it look like Tanner did it. Will Jack be able to find Tanner and the flight key before Morgan and Ritter find him?

Salem —“Lies” Retrospective.  Know Thy Enemy.

Salem picks up steam in “Lies” as battle lines are drawn, alliances falter, and long awaited questions finally get some answers. It’s the beginning of an important turning point for the series with most of the core characters finding themselves at a crossroads.

Penny Dreadful – “Séance” Review. Chased By Demons.

In the aptly titled “Séance,” there is an actual séance; however, we’ll get into that shortly. First, we meet a few more characters and are reintroduced to one we met briefly in “Night Work.” The latter is the endearingly quirky Ferdinand Lyle (Simon Russell Beale), the curator at the British Museum. We met Mr. Lyle briefly when Sir Malcolm Murray (Timothy Dalton) brought him some unique photographs of Egyptian carvings. Throughout “Séance,” the audience is privy to some disturbing yet intriguing scenes that make it difficult to turn away, in spite of every fiber of your being telling you to do so. One such scene involves Dorian Gray (Reeve Carney) and Brona Croft (Billie Piper).

Fargo Conference Call with Glenn Howerton

On May 16, I had the opportunity to participate in a conference call with Glenn Howerton, co-star of the FX series Fargo. The series was developed and written by Noah Hawley and is based on the 1996 Coen Brothers’ film of the same name. Howerton plays Don Chumph, the lovable yet dim-witted personal trainer who ends up blackmailing Stavros Milos (Oliver Platt).

For details on each, including the number of episodes and premiere dates, check out the official press release below.

The Originals – “From a Cradle to a Grave” Season Finale Review. Now This Is A Finale!

This is, by far, the best episode of The Originals to date. It packs a major punch and does exactly what a good season finale is supposed to do.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. – Season Finale “Beginning of the End” Retrospective. Hey-Ho Friends

As Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team infultrate the Cybertek facility, they come face to face with several Centipede soldiers. Will Skye be able to activate her computer trojan before it’s too late, and will there be enough time to rescue Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) and Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) who are stuck in a container at the bottom of the ocean? It all makes for an action packed season finale.

The Americans – “Operation Chronicle” Review. Operation Jared.

As penultimate episodes go, “Operation Chronicle” hits it out of the park. The writing is fantastic, the acting superb, and it sets up the season finale perfectly, giving its audience plenty to think about and many questions to be answered.

An undercover agent is plunged into a terrifying mystery over his own identity in TNT’s intense new drama series Legends, starring Screen Actors Guild Award® winner Sean Bean (Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings). Based on the award-winning book by master spy novelist Robert Littell, in the series Legends, Bean plays Martin Odum, an undercover agent working for the FBI’s Deep Cover Operations (DCO) division. Warehouse 13 – “Cangku Shisi” Recap. Move to China?

With the series finale looming, I anticipated the penultimate episode, “Cangku Shisi” to be a bit more…more; you know. While there is the element of despair coursing throughout the episode as Benedict Valda (guest star Mark Sheppard) tries to steal the warehouse right from under our beloved agents’ feet—and seemingly does a great job at it—I don’t worry too much because for some reason, I know the warehouse is not going to end up in China. Or so I thought.

Salem – “Survivors” Retrospective.  Dirty Little Secrets.

Salem hits major turning points in this week’s episode, “Survivors,” giving its viewers new insight about the show’s core characters without any distractions like say, oh, another execution. There is heavier emphasis on the power play and inner turmoil among the coven set to take over Salem versus the killings needed to finish their sacrificial ritual known as “the grand rite.” Captain John Alden’s (Shane West) mysterious past becomes a focal point when a familiar face enters town, and the Grande Dame Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery) finds herself almost at a disadvantage against an enemy.

The series is developed and written by Noah Hawley which is based on the 1996 Coen Brothers’ film of the same name. Platt plays Stavros Milos, Supermarket King of Minnesota.
