While “Kiss of the Muse” does tie up some loose ends, it lacks in excitement and allure. I will say I love the introduction of increasingly more exotic Wesen creatures. The Musai is quite intriguing, even having some links to the famed artist Van Gogh and possibly the reason he loped off his ear.
