News: USA’s “Royal Pains” Returns with Six New Episodes

USA’s highest rated series, Royal Pains, returns Wednesday, January 18 at 10/9c with six new episodes leading up to a season finale that will have viewers on the edge of their seats. When we left our favorite boys of summer, Hank (Mark Feuerstein) was attending an unconscious Eric Kassabian (guest star Wilmer Valderrama), who supposedly had been adminstered an incorrect medicine by Divya (Reshma Shetty) and Dr. Van Dyke (guest star Kyle Howard). When the series returns, HankMed is in danger of losing its first patient as Kassabian’s life hangs in the balance. Divya struggles to maintain two separate jobs with Jill’s (Jill Flint) help, while Evan (Paulo Costanzo) tries to fit into Paige’s (Brooke D’Orsay) complicated family life.

Golden Globe nominee Tom Cavanagh returns with an award-worthy performance in a multi-episode story arc as Jack O’Malley, professional golfer and HankMed client. Recurring on the series are Campbell Scott as Boris, Brooke D’Orsay as Paige, Kyle Howard as Dr. Van Dyke and Joanna Garcia Swisher as Dr. Nina Greene.
