Lifetime is set to adapt a pair of beloved book titles for two new original movies, Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta, featuring an all-African American cast for a modern take of the Jane Austen classic and New York Time’s best-selling author Adriana Trigiani’s Very Valentine starring Kelen Coleman and Jacqueline Bisset, from Sony Pictures Television. Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta and Very Valentine join Lifetime’s growing roster of movies developed from popular novels including a trilogy of films from Jane Green and five movies based on VC Andrew’s Casteel series set to debut in 2019 on Lifetime.
