News: Freeform’s 13 Nights of Halloween Airs Oct 19-31

There is a chill in the air, the leaves are turning, and the daylight grows shorter…it’s almost fall and that mean it’s almost Halloween! It’s my favorite holiday and I’m so excited for all the great Halloween programming that will be saturating our screens. Freeform always has a wonderful line-up for their annual 13 Days of Halloween event.

Freeform, Disney’s young adult television and streaming network, brings its annual “13 Nights of Halloween” back for 13 nights of double, double toil and trouble. The network will air a bevy of Halloween classics including an all-day marathon of “Hocus Pocus” on Halloween and a Tim Burton marathon on October 23, featuring “Edward Scissorhands,” “Dark Shadows,” “Sleepy Hollow,” and “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

Additional programming arriving to Freeform this month includes the Freeform premieres of “Into the Woods,” starring Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Chris Pine; 2012 comedy “Fun Size,” starring Victoria Justice; David Spade-starrer “Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star,” and much more. Freeform is also adding episodes of hit sitcoms “Gilmore Girls,” “The Mindy Project,” “Last Man Standing” and “Reba,” plus all seasons of “Chasing Life” return to the Freeform app on October 27.
