News: AT&T’s Audience Network Announces Two New Original Comedy Series

Audience Network has announced two new original comedy series, premiering back-to-back on Tuesday, October 17.

HIT THE ROAD – Premieres October 17 at 8PM ET/PT on AT&T Audience Network

Hit The Road is about the greatest family band you’ve never heard of – yet! This chaotically dysfunctional family of would-be rock/pop stars traverse the country in a cramped tour bus sacrificing privacy, comfort and dignity while in search of fame and fortune. Struggling to navigate their lives and relationships while juggling what’s best for the family versus what’s best for the band, they invariably end up making very unfortunate decisions. Yet nothing will stop them from claiming their rightful place in pop history.

LOUDERMILK – Premieres October 17 at 8:30PM ET/PT on AT&T Audience Network
The series centers on Sam Loudermilk, a recovering alcoholic and substance abuse counselor with an extremely bad attitude about, well, everything. He is unapologetically uncensored, and manages to piss off everyone in his life. Although he has his drinking under control, Loudermilk discovers that when your life is a complete mess, getting clean is the easy part.

Starring Golden Globe Nominee Ron Livingston (Office Space, The Conjuring, Sex in the City), and Will Sasso (“MADTV”). Peter Farrelly (Dumb and Dumber, Shallow Hal, Something About Mary) and Emmy® Award-winning writer Bobby Mort (The Colbert Report) created Loudermilk.  Farrelly, Mort, AUDIENCE Network’s Christopher Long and Primary Wave’s Mark Burg David Guillodand David Guillod will serve as executive producers. Jonathan Schwarz will serve as producer.

Greg Staffa

I provide testosterone to the site. You won’t be reading about how nice a actress looks in a dress or how much of a hunk Matt Bomer is in my reviews. I describe colors using words like brown, not taupe. My twitter name is @staffaroadtrip because I love road trips and have done two different 48-state road trips since 2008. My favorite show is White Collar.
