Bravo's new show, "Pregnant in Heels," is a bit different from its other reality shows. Premiering on Tuesday, April 5th at 10:00 pm ET/PT, "Pregnant" is a docu-drama that follows maternity concierge Rosie Pope as she gives advice each week to two expectant mothers. From helping to pick out baby names and shotgun wedding planning to rock n’ roll nursery makeovers and daddy boot camps, Pope will handle it all.
