WHO:                   The X-Files creator Chris Carter, cast members Gillian Anderson and Dean Haglund, filmmaker and The X-Files: Season 10 comic book series writer Joe Harris and The X-Files: Season 10 comic book illustrator Joe Corroney.

WHAT:                 IDW Publishing, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products, and The X-Files will come together at Comic-Con this year for a panel with creator Chris Carter discussing 20 years of the The X-Files, the new Season 10 comic, and more. Along for the ride will be IDW’s Chris Ryall and Denton Tipon, The X-Files: Season 10 comic book series writer Joe Harris, and a surprise guest or two! Following the panel discussion will be a signing in celebration of the 20^th anniversary with original series cast members Gillian Anderson and Dean Haglund, Joe Harris, and The X-Files: Season 10 comic book illustrator Joe Corroney.

Earlier this year, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and IDW Publishing announced that they are teaming up for a series of comic books based on the hit TV series. In addition to reprinting classic issues from 1995-2009, IDW launched a new comic book series last month called The X-Files: Season 10.

Over two movies and two hundred television episodes, The X-Files is a juggernaut of science fiction-tinged intrigue, unique characters and carefully constructed stories. The show’s popularity raged into the comic world, seeing successful series mounted by publishers Topps and Wildstorm, with the last title to be published in 2009, until now.
