So, living in LA, I have tried the Kogi BBQ Food Truck and it is really good. Being half Korean myself, I had to try this twist on Asian/Mexican fusion food. Their kimchi needs a little work but overall, it’s decent. My palette for the fermented cabbage is quite distinct.

Food Festival: Minnesota State Fair – St. Paul, Minn.
