News: Syfy Renews Happy! For Season 2.

SYFY announced a second season pickup of the network’s original series HAPPY!, starring Christopher Meloni and featuring the voice of Patton Oswalt. Based on the New York Times best-selling author Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson’s graphic novel of the same name, HAPPY! follows Nick Sax (Meloni) – an intoxicated, corrupt ex-cop turned hit man – who is adrift in a world of casual murder, soulless sex and betrayal. News: HBO Acquires U.S. Television Rights To Documentary The Oslo Diaries.

HBO is acquiring all domestic television rights, including streaming on the HBO service, to THE OSLO DIARIES, it was announced at the Sundance Film Festival by HBO Documentary Films. In 1992, with Israeli-Palestinian relations at an all-time low and any communication punishable with jail time, a small group of Israelis and Palestinians gathered secretly in Oslo for a series of meetings that came to be known as The Oslo Accords and changed the Middle East forever. The Oslo Diaries is directed by Mor Loushy and Daniel Sivan.

News: Documentary Atomic Homefront Debuts on HBO February 12

In 1942, the U.S. government chose downtown St. Louis as a processing center of uranium for the first atomic bombs. Over the next 25 years, the radioactive waste from this processing center was moved to sites throughout the city’s northern and western suburbs, and eventually dumped into the West Lake Landfill in North St. Louis County.
